Understanding Your Party Schedule

How Our Rental Period Works

Our rentals work differently than most venues. Instead of a standard two-hour block where you hope to get in early to decorate, we provide a full 4-hour rental period with dedicated setup and cleanup time built in.

This timeline shows an example of a 12 PM to 4 PM rental, with the first and last hours reserved for setup and teardown. Remember to list only the middle two hours (1 PM to 3 PM in this example) as your party time on invitations.

Setup

First Hour (12 PM to 1 PM)
This hour is dedicated to setting up your decorations, arranging tables and chairs, and preparing the space for your guests. This ensures everything is ready before your event begins. Arrive promptly at the start of your rental period so you have enough time to create your perfect party atmosphere.

Party Time

Next Two Hours (1 PM to 3 PM)
This is your designated party time! Guests arrive, enjoy the activities, food, and celebrations you’ve planned. Make the most of this time to relax and connect with friends and family while we provide a fantastic space for your event.

Teardown

Last Hour (3 PM to 4 PM)
The final hour is reserved for cleanup and packing up. Remove decorations, collect your belongings, and leave the space as you found it. This hour ensures you won’t feel rushed, and our team can prepare for the next guests.
